We’ve implemented our own rigorous ESG standards – referring to how businesses can be measured for their sustainability and societal impact – and we continue to assess and improve their performance in these three key areas.
Measuring our businesses against a bespoke framework
We measure their performance against our bespoke set of KPIs – including Diversity & Inclusion using partners such as Sweep, ESG VC and Diversity VC – and monitor these KPIs using benchmark targets. We design an impact plan to improve their performance and implement that plan to provide significant added-value. And we partner with our portfolio brands for the long-term to make a lasting positive impact. It’s not just a good way to do business and mitigate risk for BTV, but it’s the only way to ensure a future we can all look forward. All while creating a positive impact for our portfolio brands.
