Truly Inclusive
To us, being Truly Inclusive – an ethos that’s embedded within our culture – is ‘always on’ and not just something that’s celebrated at specific times of the year, such as International Women’s Day, Pride or Black History Month. At BTV, visibility and representation happens 365 days a year.
Best Practice
Proving our commitment to D&I is our Diversity VC Level 2 accreditation from Diversity VC Standard, an international non-profit organisation that sets a global benchmark for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion best practices in the VC industry.

Women
We raise up women in the workplace, invest in female-founded businesses and amplify their voices within thought-leadership events.
LGBTQ+
We wave the flag for the LGBTQ+ community with B United – our employee-led advocacy group – participate in the annual London Pride parade and are the official sponsor of LGBTQ+ touch rugby and social club, Clapham Feelers.
Talent
We support emerging talent with our internship scheme to give those from disadvantaged backgrounds opportunities and donate resources to non-profits.
