New Investment: HOPWTR, sparkling hop water with adaptogens and nootropics

Btomorrow Ventures is pleased to announce that we have closed a funding round with our newest portfolio company, HOPWTR.

Founded in the U.S. in 2020 by Jordan Bass and Nick Taranto, HOPWTR is more than a healthy alternative to soda, beer or cocktails, it’s a consciously crafted sparkling hop water that blends bold hops with adaptogens and nootropics.

The Southern California-based duo created the booze-free brew to provide a drink that’s so refreshing it will quench your thirst while also offering flavour-filled hydration.

HOPWTR was founded with the vision of providing a healthy alternative to alcoholic beverages that also provides functional benefits beyond what typical sparkling waters and non-alcoholic beers usually deliver. HOPWTR achieves this via a proprietary blend of adaptogens and nootropics.

Adaptogens and nootropics are functional ingredients that can help to support stress, mood and cognitive function. Each can of HOPWTR is infused with Aswhagandha and L-Theanine in addition to 120% of your daily Vitamin C.

The result is a flavourful and non-alcoholic beverage that has no calories, carbs, sugar or gluten but still provides crisp, refreshing taste in more than ten fruit flavours, including Peach, Blood Orange, Mango and Lime.
